Trusted by leaders

The people we work with carry real weight.

Our clients lead teams, companies, and functions where the stakes are high and the margin for error is thin. They come to us privately, and most of the work stays private. Here is what we can say about who they are.

Who we work with

Leaders under pressure, across a few familiar worlds

Financial services

Partners, managing directors, and investment teams operating at a relentless pace where judgment under pressure is the whole job.

Professional services

Consultants, lawyers, and advisors carrying client demands and internal targets at the same time, often for years on end.

Technology and high growth

Executives and senior managers in companies scaling faster than their systems, where the role keeps changing underneath them.

Founders and executives

People at the top, where the isolation is real and there are few safe places to think out loud. We are one of them.

How engagements begin

Three ways organizations bring us in

Sponsored coaching

A company funds one-to-one coaching for a leader or a small group. The organization sets the intent. The sessions stay private.

Team programs

Structured work with an intact team or leadership group over a quarter, combining group sessions and individual support.

Private engagements

Individuals who invest in their own coaching, often founders and executives who would rather keep the work entirely their own.

A note on case studies

Why you will not find named results here

Plenty of firms publish glossy case studies with a leader's name and a tidy number attached. We do not, on purpose. The work we do is personal, and the trust that makes it effective depends on it staying that way. A client who knows their story might end up on a website is a client who holds something back, and the held-back thing is usually the one that matters.

So we keep the proof where it belongs: in the room, between us and the person we are coaching. If you want a sense of whether we deliver, the best test is a conversation. Bring something real and see how it feels to think it through with us.

Considering coaching for your team?

We will help you scope it honestly, including whether now is the right time.
