A small practice that takes the craft seriously.

We are not trying to be the biggest coaching firm. We are trying to be the one our clients trust with the things they tell no one else. That bar shapes who we hire and how we work together.

How we work together

What it is like here

Depth over volume

We carry fewer clients than we could, so each one gets our full attention. The same logic applies to the team. We hire slowly and invest deeply.

Evidence, kept honest

We hold ourselves to the same standard we hold our methods. If something does not work, we change it. Strong opinions, loosely held.

Sustainable by design

We coach people on pace and recovery. It would be strange to ignore our own advice, so we do not. The work is demanding and the boundaries are real.

Open roles

Where we are hiring now

You will carry a roster of senior clients across one-to-one and team engagements. We are looking for experienced coaches with a grounding in psychology or behavioral science, a track record with leaders under real pressure, and the judgment to know when coaching is not the right tool. Credentialed coaches and licensed practitioners moving into coaching are both welcome.

Apply for this role

You will design and run our team and organizational programs end to end, from scoping with a sponsor to facilitating sessions to measuring what changed. This role suits someone who has built leadership development or well-being programs inside a demanding organization and wants to do it with more craft and less bureaucracy.

Apply for this role

You will be the first conversation many clients have with us, and the person who makes sure each engagement is scoped honestly. We want someone who can hold a serious conversation with a senior leader, who sells by listening rather than pushing, and who would rather lose a deal than oversell one. Background in professional services or executive search is a plus.

Apply for this role

You will keep the practice running so the coaches can coach: scheduling, client onboarding, billing, and the quiet systems that make a small firm feel effortless to work with. This role rewards someone who notices friction before anyone complains and removes it without being asked.

What we offer

The practical side

01

Real flexibility

Most roles are remote-first. We care about the quality of the work and the wellbeing of the person doing it, not where the desk is.

02

Time that is actually off

Generous leave, taken seriously. We notice when people do not use it, and we treat that as a problem to solve.

03

Ongoing development

A budget and protected time for training, supervision, and the continued learning the craft requires.

04

Your own coaching

Everyone here has access to the support we offer clients. We think the work is better when you have done it yourself.
