What we collect
When you contact us through this site or by email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, organization and role if you provide them, and the details of what you would like to work on. If you subscribe to our insights, we collect your email address. We do not require any of this beyond a name, an email, and a short message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare for a conversation, deliver any services you engage us for, and send insights if you have asked for them. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Coaching confidentiality
Information shared inside a coaching engagement is held to a higher standard than this policy alone. The content of sessions is confidential. When an organization sponsors coaching, it receives only the themes and progress agreed in advance, never the substance of what a client discusses. We set those boundaries in writing before any engagement begins.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted tools to run the practice, such as email, scheduling, and document storage. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We choose them with care and keep the list short.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
- You can unsubscribe from our insights at any time using the link in any email.
