The nature of coaching
Self Stellar provides coaching for healthy, high-functioning people. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. Nothing on this site is clinical advice. If you are dealing with a mental health condition, please seek a qualified clinician. Where coaching and clinical care belong side by side, we will say so plainly.
No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching works through the effort of the person being coached. We bring method, attention, and experience, and we hold ourselves to a high standard. We cannot and do not promise a specific result. Anything on this site that describes outcomes is a description of what is possible, not a guarantee of what will happen.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and materials on this site belong to Self Stellar unless stated otherwise. The frameworks and methods we use in our work remain ours. Engaging us for coaching does not transfer ownership of our materials, though you are free to use what you learn.
Forms and information you send
When you submit a form or write to us, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you share, and you agree not to send anything unlawful or harmful. We handle what you send according to our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We provide this site in good faith and keep it accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general content published here. Specific advice comes through an engagement, not a web page.
